Equipment Management System
Having the correct PPE is just the first step to a safe working practice. Current Health and Safety Legislation also demands that you must manage and inspect your equipment. The TRP Equipment Management System has been specially created to facilitate the recording and inspection of PPE, work positioning and rigging equipment in a simple cohesive way. The pack is designed for both individuals and companies and has the ability to expand easily with your equipment stock levels.
The system guides you through the documentation you need to complete and file in order to be compliant with Health and Safety requirements.
The A4 File allows you to file all the master documentation including Certificates of Conformity, Manufactures Information Sheets and Item Thorough Inspection Records.
The A5 Booklet is designed to be carried with individual kits and records Visual, Intermediate and Thorough Inspections therefore giving you an on site record. Extra Booklets can be purchased separately.
Whether you are a freelancer, an employer or an equipment manager this system will aid you in the management of your equipment, act as a stock list, and guide you through the inspection of your kit both on and off site.

Inspection Log Book
For use with the Equipment Management System.
Each book will service a kit of up to 30 items for up to a five year period. Each booklet comes in it's own protective plastic wallet
You will require a log book for each kit / 30 items you manage.
