Making a Purchase

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery

Standard Delivery is £9.00 exc vat. Orders placed before 11.00 Monday to Friday will normally reach you in 2 business days. Through our website we can currently only ship to Zones A and B (see map below), if you would like a shipping quote for any other location please give us a call. (Please note due to increases in fuel levy we regret we have had to increase our delivery charges)

Delivery Addresses

Pease note that we use a signed for delivery service, and also most items are too large to fit through normal letterboxes. Therefore please provide an address where you know that someone will be available to take delivery of the item. Or contact us with specific delivery instructions.

Re-Delivery Charges

If delivery is not possible our delivery service will leave a notification card, you must respond to this card. If the new date stated for redelivery is not convenient then you must inform them immediately and arrange an alternative date, or arrange to collect the item from the depot. We are charged for each reattempt to delivery, we reserve the right to charge customers for two or more redelivery attempts. In cases where goods are returned to us as failed deliveries, goods will only be re-dispatched on receipt of additional delivery charges.



Stock
If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Special Order Items
Special order items are not kept in stock and take longer to deliver, please call to get a more accurate delivery time.

Tax
Taxable items have 15.0% VAT (sales tax) added.

Credit Card Security
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

Returns Policy
Due to safety reasons we can not accept returns unless faulty. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
